The shipping cost is free regardless of the chosen delivery method and payment method (prepayment or cash on delivery).

The total order processing time consists of the time needed to ship the product (given on the product page) and the delivery time. If the product is in our warehouse, the order processing (including delivery) is from 1-3 business days.

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: shop@yonicostudio.com.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before it expires.
